Appointment Cancellation

1.1 To cancel an appointment, customers must send us a written request

The cancellation request must be submitted no later than 30 minutes after the initial booking time.
1.2 If a cancellation request is received after 30 minutes of the booking time, the customer must provide verifiable evidence of an emergency situation that prevented them from canceling within the designated timeframe.
1.3 Evidence of an emergency is public notices from government sources, unforeseen health incidents, and force majeure. Both parties must notify the other parties within 24 hours. Failure to do so will result in the customer being responsible for paying the diagnostic service fee (service call).
1.4 If the diagnostic service fee remains unpaid after 24 hours from the scheduled appointment time, the client agrees to pay a penalty equivalent to twice the amount of the diagnostic service fee. In the event that the service fee remains unpaid for more than 3 days, the client further agrees to pay an additional $5 for each day of delay. However, the total cumulative penalty amount shall not exceed $250.

Cost Estimation and Payment

2.1 After the diagnostic process, our technicians will provide an estimation of the total cost required to repair the customer’s appliance.
2.2 If the customer accepts the estimated cost and decides to proceed with the repair, they are required to pay 40-70% of the total cost as a deposit before any further work can be initiated.
2.3 Once the customer has made the deposit, the service cannot be canceled, and the deposited amount is non-refundable a full.
2.4 In the event that the customer decides to discontinue our services after making the deposit, they will not receive a full refund for the amount already paid. They will receive only 30% of the amount already paid.

Note: Exceptions to this cancellation policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis for emergencies and unforeseen circumstances, provided that proper documentation and evidence are provided by the customer.

It is the customer’s responsibility to review and understand the policy before making an appointment.
